We want to share our experiences and our empathy, to support and inform you as you prepare for transplant, and resume a new life after transplant surgery or organ donation.

This web site is designed to be a resource for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) families living in the St. Louis region. Our goal is to keep CF families informed and to encourage everyone to get involved and to make a difference.
We are not affiliated with our local Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Gateway chapter but we work closely with them. We cannot stress enough how important it is to help support our local chapter. They are the cornerstone to our CF community. We encourage everyone to help them in whatever way they possibly can.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) was established in 1955 to raise money to find a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF) and to improve the quality of life for the 30,000 children and young adults with CF. The CFF puts funds to work as efficiently as possible; 90% of all money raised goes to CF research.
The Gateway Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Gateway CFF) raises money in the St. Louis, Missouri Metropolitan area, various locations throughout the state of Missouri, and St. Louis’ neighboring counties in Western Illinois.
