The founder of DAMAC Properties “Hussain Ali Habib Sajwani” was born in the year 1954. He graduated from the University of Washington and started his work career as a Contacts Manager for a company called GASCO. Hussain Sajwani family consists of a wife and four children. The oil company was located in Dubai and he soon after began his career in the food service industry, getting the attention of serious names like the U.S. military and construction business Bechtel in 1982. The business caterer still owns a cuisine firm today. He launched DAMAC Properties in 2002 and then partnered with President Donald Trump in 2013. The partnerships lead the company to a different business bracket. Today, DAMAC Properties is a billion dollar company.


Donald Trump Relationship


Donald Trump and Damac owner became acquainted with one another in 2013 when Mr. Trump used DAMAC Properties to build Trump golf courses. They built developed Trump International Golf Course and Trump World Golf Course. Trump International Golf Course is located in Dubai and opened February 2017. The World Golf Course was designed by golf champion Tiger Woods and plans to open at the end of 2018. President Trump announced at a press conference after beings elected President, that Hussain was “a very, very, very amazing man” Since Mr. Dajwani has offered Donald Trump a 2 billion dollar deal that Donald Trump “respectfully” turned down.




DAMAC Properties Dubai Company


DAMAC Properties was founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani and is located in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. DAMAC constructs commercial properties in Dubai and the Middle East, sometimes investing in small projects. The company deals with components of real estate that involves engineering, manufacturing, and architecture. Today, DAMAC Properties are involved in over 10 major projects in the Middle East with a total value of 13 billion dollars.
